oops insurance freakazoid

Oops

I wish I had oops insurance... so it turns out writing entries for a blog is harder than it looks plus it takes a lot of time. I thought I was going to be able to write a post a week no sweat as I stated on the root page of the "My Thoughts" section. However over my Christmas break the last thing I wanted to do was write for my website. I was working at my internship and trying to spend as much time as I could with family and friends while I was in town. With everything going on during the holidays I did not have time to write.

That has also made me think more about this "My Thoughts" section on my website. I decided I will no longer try to squeeze in one post per week because I think if I do that, the posts will not be of the best quality I could produce. From now on I am going to aim for quality over quantity. One of my next posts will be about my teardown of a Philips Sonicare toothbrush for example. I have always been curious about what is inside them. I think it would also be fun to try and integrate a proximity charger into some device using the toothbrush as a basis/model for my design.

Trying to write my own blog has made me better appreciate the difficulty of journalism. I have to give a tip of my hat to those who have managed to be successful at writing blog.
